"Rakefisk" weekend 28th - 31st October
"Rakefisk" is a Norwegian speciality that should be sampled. The fish is salted and then cured until soft and fragrant. This weekend you have a chance to sample several varieties as well as enjoying a course on the natural drinks enjoyed with rakefisk, beer and aquavit.
